Jean Bruni, an experienced employment law attorney and human resource executive, is a managing attorney at the Law and Management Resource Center. She provides clients with strategic guidance in employment law compliance and human resource management and also develops and conducts educational seminars on a variety of employment law topics, workplace harassment prevention and best practices in managing a workforce. Jean joined the Poway Business Park Association Board of Directors in 2003 and has been the Board Chair and President of the Association since 2004. 

Russ is the Administrative Director for Employee, Corporate, & Retail Health at Palomar Health. He is responsible for the overall health and safety of Palomar Health's 4,500 employees and the management of Occupational Medicine to over 750 local businesses. Russ obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Chapman University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and as he advanced in the healthcare industry, he’s held additional roles in wellness, ergonomics, and employee safety.

Russ became a member of the Poway Business Park Association Board of Directors in 2007 and has held the positions of treasurer and secretary since 2011.

Chris Vertrees has served as the Director of Marketing and Development for Sportsplex USA since 2003. He is responsible for corporate partnerships, public relations, community outreach, development of new programming and overall marketing strategies for Sportsplex USA. He is a native San Diegan and received his BS from Springfield College in MA. Chris specializes in developing marketing and advertising plans for local businesses who wish to promote their product or service to thousands of youth and adult sports players and spectators at Sportsplex USA. In addition, he works with several non-profit and community groups to develop fundraising and sponsorship programs and special events. 

Chris has been a member of the Poway Business Park Association Board of Directors since 2009.

Jillian graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with degrees in political science, human complex systems and theater. She received a Master in Business Administration, MBA, degree from San Diego State University (SDSU). 

Jillian's professional experience includes Director, Business and Program Development at the Law & Management Resource Center, Marketing and Communications Specialist for the Poway Business Park Association and MBA Consultant for the San Diego State University Lavin Entrepreneurship Center, San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E)/San Diego State University Lavin Entrepreneurship Center Strategic Growth Planning for Entrepreneurs Program and a variety of businesses. Jillian has also provided service to the UCLA School of Law Mock Trial/Clinical Witness Program through which law students learn to develop and present strategic testimony for mock trials, depositions, voir dire procedures and witness interviews. She has also worked as a coach for the UCLA Mock Trial Institute. 

Jillian has been featured in a number of film, television, commercial and theater productions and is also an avid golfer.
